Fight corruption, be politically transparence by forgetting about political affliation, tribalism, regionalism..and name them...lol, spend the country money wise by investing in urgent and productive programs, improve the educational system, health care, provide access to qualify people to credits from banks to involve in agricultural and small and large scales business. Also to properly monitor the countries natural resources which should be one of the back bone of the country income that will lead us to be independent in running the country activities other than depending on donors.
Finally creat a friendly atmosphere that can encourage more investors. How by providing tax cuts and also provide incentives to companies hiring sierra leonenas
