Blog Entry: Dear All, I believe we need very good country policies before we can eradicate or rather reduce corruption because there is corruption even in the developed world. 1 - we do not need democracy but a Dictatorship type of ruling headed by a leader who has the country at heart. 2- we as Sierra Leoneans need tio love one another 3- Every foreign businesses in Sierra Leone should involve or being partnered by a Sierra Leonean 4- All Foreign investments in Sierra Leone should have a work force ratio of 98:2 in favour of Sierra Leoneans 5- All indigenous jobs should be headed by a Sierra Leonean and if we do not have someone with the necessary skills we should train people to head that institution. 6- In order to create jobs we need to encourage investors to process the raw materials they mine or harvest for our country. 7- Our soldiers are very talented with engineers, Doctors and professionals from various other discipline. We need a bit of Social Enterprise to engege these people inorder to create jobs. The Government should buy the machineries and utilise the proffesionals in the military and police institutions to supervise them and the employ the new graduates. 8- All foreign mining contracts should be looked into again to see how we are losing out and our case being put forward again to the re-negotiating table. 9- The Government should invest a lot on our universities. All potential 10- Government projects should be given to our universities students as a project so that we can have our interllects to contribute to our society. I shall stop so far but i would like to continue with my policiesand would like the CEO of this website to create a policy Page for the country and encourage the president and his entourage to listen to us.
